Hadith 25:992
Muhammad ibn Bakr narrated to us, he said: Ibn Jurayj informed me, he said: 'Ata' al-Khurasani said, from Ibn 'Abbas: That a man came to the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, and said: "I have a *badana* (a camel for sacrifice) upon me, and I am wealthy enough for it, but I cannot find one to buy." So the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, ordered him to buy seven sheep and slaughter them.
حدثنا محمد بن بكر، قال: أخبرني ابن جريج، قال: قال عطاء الخراساني: عن ابن عباس: أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم أتاه رجل، فقال: إن علي بدنة، وأنا موسر بها ، ولا أجدها فأشتريها؟ " فأمره النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم أن يبتاع سبع شياه، فيذبحهن "
