Musnad Ahmad 28:0

It was narrated from ‘Abdullah ibn ‘Amr ibn al-‘Aas (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The Compassionate One has mercy on those who are merciful. Show mercy to those who are on earth, and the One who is in heaven will show mercy to you."
