Musnad Ahmad 28:165

Hassan narrated to us, Ibn Lahi'ah narrated to us, Huyayy ibn Abdullah narrated to me, from Abu Abd al-Rahman al-Hubuli, from Abdullah ibn Amr, that a man came to the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, and said: "O Messenger of Allah, what is the deed of Paradise?" He said: "Truthfulness. When the servant is truthful, he acts righteously, and when he acts righteously, he believes, and when he believes, he enters Paradise." He said: "O Messenger of Allah, what is the deed of the Fire?" He said: "Lying. When the servant lies, he acts wickedly, and when he acts wickedly, he disbelieves, and when he disbelieves, he enters—meaning—the Fire."
