Musnad Ahmad 28:19

Yahya narrated to us, from Sufyan, from Abu Ishaq, from Wahb ibn Jabir, from Abdullah ibn Amr ibn al-Aas, who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, say: "It is sufficient sin for a person that he neglects those whom he provides for."
