Musnad Ahmad 28:202

Yahya narrated to us, Ubayd Allah ibn al-Akhnas narrated to us, 'Amr ibn Shu'ayb narrated to me, from his father, from his grandfather, who said: A Bedouin came to the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, and said: "My father wants to exhaust my wealth." He said: "You and your wealth belong to your father. Indeed, the best of what you eat is from your earnings, and the wealth of your children is from your earnings, so eat from it in good health."
