Musnad Ahmad 28:205

Yahya narrated to us, from Husayn, from ‘Amr ibn Shu‘ayb, from his father, from his grandfather, who said: When Makkah was conquered for the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace), he said: "Restrain your weapons, except for Khuza‘ah against Banu Bakr." So he permitted them [to fight] until he prayed the ‘Asr prayer, then he said: "Restrain your weapons." A man from Khuza‘ah met a man from Banu Bakr the next day at al-Muzdalifah and killed him. This reached the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace), so he stood up to deliver a sermon, and I saw him while his back was leaning against the Ka‘bah. He said: "The most hostile of people toward Allah is one who kills in the Sacred Precinct, or kills someone other than his killer, or kills for the blood-feuds of the Jahiliyyah." A man stood up to him and said: "So-and-so is my son." The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said: "There is no claim [of lineage] in Islam; the matter of the Jahiliyyah has passed. The child belongs to the bed, and for the fornicator is the *athlab*." They asked: "And what is the *athlab*?" He said: "The stone." He said: "And for the fingers [the blood money is] ten, ten [each], and for the wounds [the blood money is] five, five [each]." He said: And he said: "There is no prayer after the dawn [prayer] until the sun rises, and no prayer after the ‘Asr [prayer] until the sun sets." He said: "A woman shall not be married [at the same time] as her paternal aunt, nor as her maternal aunt, and it is not permissible for a woman to give a gift except with the permission of her husband."
