Musnad Ahmad 28:216

Yazid narrated to us, Muhammad ibn Ishaq informed us, from ‘Amr ibn Shu‘ayb, from his father, from his grandfather ‘Abdullah ibn ‘Amr, who said: When the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) entered Makkah in the year of the Conquest, he stood before the people as a preacher and said: "O people, whatever alliance existed in the Pre-Islamic period (Jahiliyyah), Islam has only increased it in strength, and there is no alliance in Islam. The Muslims are one hand against those who are other than them; their blood is equal; the lowest of them may grant protection on their behalf; and the furthest of them returns to them. Their raiding parties return to those who stayed behind. A believer shall not be killed for a disbeliever, and the blood money for a disbeliever is half the blood money of a believer. There shall be no *jalab* (bringing animals from afar for sale) and no *janab* (taking animals away from their pastures for the sake of charity), and their alms (zakat) shall not be taken except in their own homes."
