Musnad Ahmad 28:222

Yazid narrated to us, from Muhammad ibn Rashid, from Sulayman ibn Musa, from ‘Amr ibn Shu‘ayb, from his father, from his grandfather, that the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "The testimony of a treacherous man or a treacherous woman is not permissible." And he rejected the testimony of one who is dependent upon the people of a household, while he permitted it for others.
