Musnad Ahmad 28:233

'Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, Ibn Jurayj informed us, he said: 'Amr ibn Shu'ayb said, from his father, from 'Abdullah ibn 'Amr, that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Any woman who is married upon a dowry (sadaq), a gift (hiba'), or a promise (idda) before the bond of marriage, it is for her. And whatever is after the bond of marriage, it is for the one to whom it is given. And the most deserving thing for which a man should be honored is his daughter or his sister."
