Musnad Ahmad 28:243

Abu al-Nadr narrated to us, Muhammad narrated to us, from Sulayman, from ‘Amr ibn Shu‘ayb, from his father, from his grandfather: "That the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) decreed regarding one who kills by mistake that his blood money is one hundred camels."
