مسند عبد الله بن عمرو بن العاص (1) رضي الله عنهما
Hadith 28:304
Hashim narrated to us, [he said] 'Amir al-Ahwal informed us, from 'Amr ibn Shu'ayb, from his father, from his grandfather, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "There is no vow for a son of Adam in what he does not own, and there is no manumission for a son of Adam in what he does not own, and there is no divorce for him in what he does not own, and there is no oath in what he does not own."
حدثنا هشيم، أخبرنا عامر الأحول، عن عمرو بن شعيب، عن أبيه، عن جده، قال: قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " لا نذر لابن آدم فيما لا يملك، ولا عتق لابن آدم فيما لا يملك، ولا طلاق له فيما لا يملك، ولا يمين فيما لا يملك "
