Musnad Ahmad 28:315

Waki’ narrated to us, Qurrah and Rawh narrated to me, Ash’ath and Qurrah ibn Khalid narrated to us—the meaning—from al-Hasan, from ‘Abdullah ibn ‘Amr ibn al-‘As, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever drinks wine, then flog him. If he returns [to it], then flog him. If he returns [to it], then flog him. If he returns [to it], then kill him." Waki’ said in his narration: ‘Abdullah said: "Bring me a man who has drunk wine for the fourth time, and I guarantee you that I will kill him."
