Musnad Ahmad 28:32

Isma'il narrated to us, from Yunus, from al-Hasan, that 'Abdullah ibn 'Amr said: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said to me: "How will you be when you remain among the dregs of the people?" I said: "O Messenger of Allah, how will that be?" He said: "When their covenants and their trusts become mixed up, and they are like this." And Yunus interlaced his fingers, describing that. I said: "What should I do at that time, O Messenger of Allah?" He said: "Fear Allah, the Mighty and Majestic, take what you recognize [as good], leave what you disapprove of, attend to your own affairs, and beware of their common folk."
