Musnad Ahmad 28:354

'Abd al-Malik ibn 'Amr narrated to us, Ibn Abi Dhi'b narrated to us, from al-Harith, from Abu Salamah, from 'Abdullah ibn 'Amr, who said: "The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, cursed the one who offers a bribe and the one who takes a bribe."
