Musnad Ahmad 28:389

'Affan narrated to us, Khalid—meaning al-Wasiti al-Tahhan—narrated to us, Abu Sinan Dirar ibn Murrah narrated to us, from 'Abdullah ibn Abi al-Hudhayl, from a sheikh from al-Nakha', who said: I entered the mosque of Iliya' (Jerusalem), and I prayed two rak'ahs by a pillar. A man came and prayed near me, and the people leaned toward him. It was 'Abdullah ibn 'Amr ibn al-'As. Then a messenger from Yazid ibn Mu'awiyah came to him, saying: "Answer (the summons)." He said: "This one forbids me from narrating to you, just as his father used to forbid me. And I heard your Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, saying: 'I seek refuge in You from a soul that is never satisfied, and from a heart that does not humble itself, and from a supplication that is not heard, and from knowledge that does not benefit. I seek refuge in You from these four.'"
