Musnad Ahmad 28:423

Nasr ibn Bab narrated to us, from al-Hajjaj, from ‘Amr ibn Shu‘ayb, from his father, from his grandfather, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "There is no cutting [of the hand for theft] in what is less than ten dirhams."
