Musnad Ahmad 28:425

Nasr ibn Bab narrated to us, from Hajjaj, from ‘Amr ibn Shu‘ayb, from his father, from his grandfather, that a man came to the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, disputing with his father. He said: "O Messenger of Allah, this man has exhausted my wealth." The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: "You and your wealth belong to your father."
