Musnad Ahmad 28:434

Muhammad ibn Ja'far narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, from Isma'il—meaning Ibn Abi Khalid—from al-Sha'bi, from 'Abdullah ibn 'Amr, from the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, that he said: "Indeed, the emigrant (muhajir) is the one who abandons what Allah has forbidden. And the Muslim is the one from whose tongue and hand the Muslims are safe."
