Musnad Ahmad 28:439

Musa ibn Dawud narrated to us, Ibn Abi al-Zinad narrated to us, from Abd al-Rahman ibn al-Harith, from Amr ibn Shu’ayb, from his father, from his grandfather, who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, in the year of the Conquest, saying: "Every alliance that existed in the Pre-Islamic period (Jahiliyyah), Islam has only increased it in strength. And there is no [new] alliance in Islam."
