Musnad Ahmad 28:454

Yazid narrated to us, Muhammad ibn Ishaq informed us, from ‘Amr ibn Shu‘ayb, from his father, from his grandfather, from the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, who said: "There is no divorce in what you do not possess, and there is no manumission in what you do not possess, and there is no vow in what you do not possess, and there is no vow in disobedience to Allah."
