Musnad Ahmad 28:477

Aswad ibn Amir narrated to us, Abu Isra’il informed us, from al-Hakam, from Hilal al-Hajari, who said: I said to Abdullah ibn Amr: "Narrate to me a hadith you heard from the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace?" He said: I heard the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, saying: "The Muslim is the one from whose tongue and hand the Muslims are safe, and the emigrant (Muhajir) is the one who abandons what Allah has forbidden." Abu Abd al-Rahman [he is Abdullah ibn Ahmad] said: "This is a mistake; it is only: al-Hakam, from Sayf, from Rashid al-Hajari."
