Musnad Ahmad 28:496

'Abd al-Malik ibn 'Amr narrated to us, Qurrah narrated to us, from al-Hasan, who said: By Allah, they claimed that 'Abdullah ibn 'Amr testified regarding it from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) that he said: "If he drinks wine, then flog him. Then if he drinks, then flog him. Then if he drinks, then flog him. Then if it is the fourth time, strike his neck." He said: 'Abdullah ibn 'Amr used to say: "Bring me a man who has been flogged for wine four times, and I guarantee you that I will strike his neck."
