Musnad Ahmad 28:504

Husayn ibn Muhammad narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, from Isma'il and 'Abdullah ibn Abi al-Safar, from al-Sha'bi, from 'Abdullah ibn 'Amr, from the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, that he said: "The Muslim is the one from whose tongue and hand the Muslims are safe, and the emigrant (Muhajir) is the one who abandons what Allah has forbidden."
