مسند عبد الله بن عمرو بن العاص (1) رضي الله عنهما
Hadith 28:525
'Affan narrated to us, Hammam narrated to us, Qatadah narrated to us, from Shahr, from 'Abdullah ibn 'Amr, that the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever drinks wine, then flog him. And whoever drinks it a second time, then flog him. Then if he drinks it a third time, then flog him. Then if he drinks it a fourth time, then kill him."
حدثنا عفان، حدثنا همام، حدثنا قتادة، عن شهر ، عن عبد الله بن عمرو، أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم قال: " من شرب الخمر فاجلدوه، ومن شرب الثانية فاجلدوه، ثم إن شرب الثالثة فاجلدوه، ثم إن شرب الرابعة فاقتلوه "
