Musnad Ahmad 28:534

Ibrahim ibn Abi al-Abbas and Husayn ibn Muhammad narrated to us, they said: Abd al-Rahman ibn Abi al-Zinad narrated to us, from Abd al-Rahman ibn al-Harith ibn Abd Allah ibn Ayyash ibn Abi Rabi'ah, from Amr ibn Shu'ayb, from his father, from his grandfather, that the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) addressed the people in the year of the Conquest, upon the steps of the Kaaba. Among what he said, after praising Allah, was: "O people, every alliance that existed in the Pre-Islamic period (Jahiliyyah), Islam has only increased it in strength, and there is no alliance in Islam. There is no migration after the Conquest. The hand of the Muslims is one against those who are other than them; their blood is equal in value, and a believer shall not be killed for a disbeliever, and the blood money of a disbeliever is half the blood money of a Muslim. Beware, there is no *shighar* (marriage by exchange) in Islam, and no *janab* (taking more than one's share of spoils), and no *jalab* (bringing horses or camels to a race for betting). Their alms (zakat) shall be taken in their own homes. The lowest of the Muslims may grant protection on behalf of the Muslims, and the furthest of them shall return [the spoils or rights] to the Muslims." Then he descended. Husayn said: Indeed, he heard the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace).
