'Affan narrated to us, Hammad ibn Salamah narrated to us, Layth ibn Abi Sulaym narrated to us, from 'Amr ibn Shu'ayb, from his father, from his grandfather, who said: The Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) said: "Whoever withholds the surplus of his water or the surplus of his pasture, Allah the Almighty and Majestic will withhold His surplus from him."
