'Affan narrated to us, Hammad ibn Salamah narrated to us, from Dawud ibn Abi Hind and Habib al-Mu'allim, from 'Amr ibn Shu'ayb, from his father, from his grandfather, from the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace; and Qays, from Mujahid—I think he said from the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace—who said: "It is not permissible for a woman to have authority over her wealth when her husband possesses her marriage bond."
