Hadith 28:598

'Affan narrated to us, Hammam narrated to us, Qatadah narrated to us, from Abu Ayyub, from Abdullah ibn 'Amr, who said: The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: "The time for the Dhuhr prayer is when the sun has passed the meridian, and the shadow of a man is equal to his height, as long as the 'Asr [prayer time] has not arrived. The time for the 'Asr prayer is as long as the sun has not turned yellow. The time for the Maghrib prayer is as long as the twilight has not disappeared. The time for the 'Isha prayer is until the middle of the night. The time for the Subh (morning) prayer is from the breaking of the dawn as long as the sun has not risen. So when it rises, refrain [from praying], for it rises between the two horns of a devil, or with the two horns of a devil."
