Musnad Ahmad 28:6

Ishaq ibn Yusuf al-Azraq narrated to us, Sufyan al-Thawri narrated to us, from Alqama ibn Marthad, from al-Qasim—meaning Ibn Mukhaymira—from Abdullah ibn Amr, from the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, who said: "There is no one among the people who is afflicted with a trial in his body, except that Allah, the Mighty and Majestic, commands the angels who guard him, saying: 'Record for My servant, in every day and night, what he used to do of good, as long as he is in My bond.'"
