Musnad Ahmad 28:622

Hashim and Husayn narrated to us, they said: Muhammad ibn Rashid narrated to us, from Sulayman ibn Musa, from ‘Amr ibn Shu‘ayb, from his father, from his grandfather, that the Messenger of Allah (may Allah bless him and grant him peace) rejected the testimony of the treacherous man and the treacherous woman, and the one who harbors enmity toward his brother. And he rejected the testimony of the one who is a dependent (servant/hanger-on) to the people of a household, and he permitted it against others.
