Musnad Ahmad 28:77

Mu'adh ibn Hisham narrated to us, my father narrated to me, from Qatadah, and 'Abd al-Samad said: Hammam narrated to us, Qatadah narrated to us, from Shahr ibn Hawshab, from 'Abdullah ibn 'Amr, that the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "As for wine, if they drink it, then flog them. Then if they drink it, then flog them. Then if they drink it, then flog them. Then if they drink it, then kill them, at the fourth time."
