Musnad Ahmad 28:90

Abdullah ibn Yazid narrated to us, Haywah and Ibn Lahi'ah narrated to us, they said: Shurahbil ibn Shurayk informed us that he heard Abu Abd al-Rahman al-Hubuli narrating from Abdullah ibn Amr ibn al-As, from the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, that he said: "The best of companions in the sight of Allah is the best of them to his companion, and the best of neighbors in the sight of Allah is the best of them to his neighbor."
