Musnad Ahmad 28:96

Abdullah ibn Yazid al-Muqri narrated to us, from his book, Sa'id ibn Abi Ayyub narrated to us, Sharhabil ibn Shurayk narrated to me, from Abu Abd al-Rahman al-Hubuli, from Abdullah ibn Amr ibn al-As, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "He has succeeded who has submitted, and has been provided with what is sufficient, and Allah has made him content with what He has given him."
