Musnad Ahmad 26:10

'Abd al-'Aziz ibn 'Abd al-Samad narrated to us, Mansur narrated to us, from Abu Wa'il, from 'Abdullah ibn Mas'ud: A man came to the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, and said: "So-and-so slept through the prayer last night." The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: "That is [because] the devil urinated in his ear," or: "in his ears."
