Musnad Ahmad 26:104

Yahya narrated to us, Ismail narrated to us, Qays narrated to me, from Ibn Mas’ud, who said: I heard the Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, saying: "There is no envy except in two: A man whom Allah has given wealth, and he empowers him to spend it in the truth; and a man whom Allah has given wisdom, so he judges by it and teaches it to the people."
