Musnad Ahmad 26:11

'Abd al-'Aziz narrated to us, Mansur narrated to us, from Muslim ibn Sabih, who said: I was with Masruq in a house in which there was an image of Mary. Masruq said: "Is this an image of Chosroes?" I said: "No, but it is an image of Mary." Masruq said: "As for me, I heard 'Abdullah ibn Mas'ud say: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: 'Indeed, the people who will receive the severest punishment on the Day of Resurrection are the image-makers.'"
