Musnad Ahmad 26:143

Waki’ narrated to us, Sufyan narrated to us, from Jabir, from al-Qasim ibn ‘Abd al-Rahman, from his father, from ‘Abdullah, who said: "The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, would be brought captives, and he would give them to the people of a household together, disliking that they be separated from one another."
