Musnad Ahmad 26:165

Yazid narrated to us, Fudayl ibn Marzuq informed us, Abu Salamah al-Juhani narrated to us, from al-Qasim ibn Abd al-Rahman, from his father, from Abdullah, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "No person is ever afflicted by worry or grief, and then says: 'O Allah, I am Your servant, son of Your servant, son of Your maidservant. My forelock is in Your hand. Your command over me is executed, and Your decree concerning me is just. I ask You by every name that is Yours, by which You have named Yourself, or taught to any of Your creation, or revealed in Your Book, or kept hidden in the knowledge of the unseen with You, that You make the Quran the spring of my heart, the light of my chest, the remover of my grief, and the departure of my worry,' except that Allah will remove his worry and grief and replace it with joy." He said: It was said: "O Messenger of Allah, should we not learn them?" He replied: "Yes, it is fitting for whoever hears them to learn them."
