Muhammad ibn Ja'far narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, from Sulayman, from Abu Wa'il, from 'Abdullah, from the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, that he said: "A person is with whom he loves." *** Muhammad ibn Ja'far narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, from Abu Ishaq, from Abu al-Ahwas, from 'Abdullah, who said: Some people asked the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, about a companion of theirs who cauterizes himself. He said: He remained silent, then he said on the third time: "Heat a stone for him, burn him." He said: And he disliked that.
