Musnad Ahmad 26:175

Muhammad narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, from Abu Ishaq, from 'Amr ibn Maymun, from 'Abdullah, who said: While the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) was prostrating, and around him were people from Quraysh, 'Uqbah ibn Abi Mu'ayt came with the fetal membrane of a camel and threw it onto the back of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him). He did not raise his head. Then Fatimah came and took it off his back, and she invoked [curses] against those who had done that. He said: "O Allah, upon You is the assembly of Quraysh: Abu Jahl ibn Hisham, 'Utbah ibn Rabi'ah, Shaybah ibn Rabi'ah, 'Uqbah ibn Abi Mu'ayt, Umayyah ibn Khalaf, or Ubayy ibn Khalaf." (Shu'bah was the one who was doubtful). He said: "I saw them killed on the day of Badr, and they were thrown into a well, except for Umayyah or Ubayy, whose limbs were severed, so he was not thrown into the well."
