Hassan, Abu al-Nadr, and Aswad ibn Amir narrated to us, they said: Shareek narrated to us, from Simak, from Abd al-Rahman ibn Abd Allah ibn Mas’ud, from his father, who said: "The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, forbade two transactions in one transaction." Aswad said: Shareek said: Simak said: "A man sells a sale, and says: 'It is for a deferred payment for such and such, and it is for cash for such and such.'" *** Abd Allah ibn Muhammad ibn Abi Shaybah narrated to us—Abd Allah ibn Ahmad said: And I heard it myself from Ibn Abi Shaybah—Hafs ibn Ghiyath narrated to us, from al-A’mash, from Abu Ishaq, from Abu al-Ahwas, from Abd Allah, who said: The Messenger of Allah, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, said: "Indeed, Islam began as a stranger, and it will return as it began, so glad tidings to the strangers." It was said: "And who are the strangers?" He said: "Those who are removed from the tribes."
