Musnad Ahmad 26:32

Sufyan narrated to us, from al-A’mash, from Shamir, from al-Mughirah ibn Sa’d ibn al-Akhram, from his father, from Abdullah, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Do not acquire landed property, lest you become desirous of the worldly life."
