Musnad Ahmad 26:339

'Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, Ma'mar narrated to us, from 'Abdullah ibn 'Uthman ibn Khuthaym, from al-Qasim ibn 'Abd al-Rahman, from Ibn Mas'ud, that the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, said: "How will it be for you, O 'Abdullah, when you have rulers over you who cause the Sunnah to be lost and delay the prayer from its appointed time?" He said: "What do you command me to do, O Messenger of Allah?" He said: "You ask me, O son of Umm 'Abd, what you should do? There is no obedience to a created being in disobedience to Allah, the Almighty and Majestic."
