Hadith 26:36
Sufyan narrated to us, from Ibn Abi Najih, from Mujahid, from Abu Ma'mar, from Ibn Mas'ud: The moon split into two parts during the time of the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him), until they looked at it. The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "Bear witness."
حدثنا سفيان، عن ابن أبي نجيح، عن مجاهد، عن أبي معمر، عن ابن مسعود، انشق القمر على عهد رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم شقتين، حتى نظروا إليه، فقال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم: " اشهدوا " . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
