Musnad Ahmad 26:404

Uthman ibn Umar narrated to us, Yunus narrated to us, from al-Zuhri, from Ubayd Allah ibn Abd Allah ibn Utbah, from Ibn Mas’ud, that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "I spent the night reciting to the jinn, companions at al-Hajun."
