Musnad Ahmad 26:457

Abu Dawud—meaning al-Tayalisi—narrated to us, he said: Zuhayr narrated to us, Abu Ishaq narrated to us, from Abu al-Ahwas, from Abdullah, from the Prophet, may Allah bless him and grant him peace, that he said to a people who were staying behind from the Friday prayer: "I have indeed considered commanding a man to lead the people in prayer, then I would burn down the houses of men who stay behind from the Friday prayer."
