Musnad Ahmad 26:547

Yahya narrated to us, from Mujalid, Amir narrated to us, from Masruq, from Abdullah, who said—once or twice—from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him): "There is no judge who judges between people, except that he will be detained on the Day of Resurrection, and an angel will be holding him by the back of his neck, until he stands him over Hell. Then he will raise his head to Allah, the Mighty and Majestic. If He says: 'Cast him,' he will cast him into Hell, where he will fall for forty autumns."
