'Abd al-Malik ibn 'Amr narrated to us, Sufyan narrated to us, and 'Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, Sufyan informed us, from Abu Ishaq, from Abu 'Ubaydah, from 'Abdullah, who said: When {So exalt [Him] with praise of your Lord and ask forgiveness of Him. Indeed, He is ever Accepting of repentance} [An-Nasr: 3] was revealed—'Abd al-Razzaq said: When {When the victory of Allah has come and the conquest} was revealed—the Prophet, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, would frequently say: "Glory be to You, O Allah, and with Your praise. O Allah, forgive me, for indeed You are the Accepting of repentance."
