Musnad Ahmad 26:601

Muhammad ibn Ja'far narrated to us, Shu'bah narrated to us, from al-Hakam, who said: I heard Dharr narrating from Wa'il ibn Mahanah, from Abdullah ibn Mas'ud, from the Prophet (peace be upon him), who said to the women: "Give charity, for you are the majority of the people of the Fire." A woman, who was not among the elite of women or the most intelligent of them, said: "O Messenger of Allah, for what?" or "Why?" or "By what?" He said: "Because you curse frequently, and you are ungrateful to your spouses."
