Musnad Ahmad 26:619

'Abd al-Razzaq narrated to us, Sufyan informed us, from Yahya ibn 'Abd Allah al-Taymi, from Abu Majid al-Hanafi, and he mentioned its meaning, and he said: "And it was as if the face of the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings of Allah be upon him, became angry, and he said: 'Scatter ashes upon it.'"
